bundle option for building observable framework dashboards

I often run into wanting to deploy a data analysis dashboard without either a web server or deploying a runtime to a user desktop. It would be nice to be able to bundle an observable dashboard (al la webpack) into a single HTML file that a user could open, with the data transformation and visualization done in javascript.

Is there any way to bundle the entire observable framework dashboard into a single html file?

This is not supported. I would look at using Observable Notebook Kit, which is built on Vite, allowing you to use vite-plugin-singlefile.
