When using the new pre-commit hook configuration, checks fail when run in CI.

I have tried configuring Python version 3.13 and installing UV.

The first build was the current build_addon.yml, then I updated the python version for pip requirements, and finally I added UV Action.

Or disable the pyright check in the CI?
