Addition of ESLint and Prettier to starter template

Is there any chance that ESLint and prettier and even stylelint could be added to the starter? create-nuxt-app for Nuxt 2 had loads of options to bootstrap all the necessary tooling including tests, something that's missing in the starter templates. Would be great if they can be added.

Now that Nuxt has its own Eslint config, it make sens to have it by default.
