Make google suite accounts for Admin Board

The Admin Board needs to be able to access all documents in the NumFOCUS Google drive. Please make accounts for each member.

@aterrel Happy to create accounts for everyone. Can you please tell me what specifically they need access to so I can make sure we get that set up properly?

The request came from not being able to find or access documents that are referred to in minute meetings. I think just giving accounts to the board will help with search and any document public to the organization.

That makes sense. I will create accounts for everyone today. I'm also going to make the secretary an administrator for the group so they can add or remove members themselves. They can still reach out to us for help, but this will allow them to make changes on the fly. I'll update you once the invites go out.

I’ve sent invitations via email to all of the Board and TSC members who did not already have a NumFOCUS Google account (Andy, Sanket, and Rosie already had accounts). They should have received instructions to reset their passwords.

I’ve also added all of you to an organizational unit called Board of Directors and assigned Andy and Sanket as the admins.

@aterrel @sanketverma1704 You can now manage the users in the organizational unit by logging in to admin.google.com. Here are the instructions:

When creating new user, it’s important that you set the organizational unit to Board of Directors (you’ll need to expand the options at the bottom to see the field). You only have admin access to make changes for that unit, so if you don’t designate it the action will fail. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions.
