Add support for Insteon Siren 2868-222

Would it be possible to add support for the Insteon Siren?

Currently it shows up and is identified as a "Generic Sensor Actuator" (running in hassio). When switched on, it plays the chime until switched off. It would be good to have support for arm/disarm, set alarm type (chime/siren), trigger siren, and stop siren.

Here is the device manual which identifies it as category 0x07 and subcategory 0x1E.
