reformat time variables

anlysstart_f1t3, anlysstop_f1t3 (originally formatted as integer, e.g., 1120) need to be reformatted to time (hh:mm).

Edits:
Delete anlysstart_f1t3 and anlysstop_f1t3, add alternative time format (decimal time) to the five sleep timing variables:

Maybe we remove these variables (along with the AM/PM counterparts)? These were recorded by the scorer on the QS form, however they should be redundant with the clock time variables extracted directly from the HSAT reports.
