Rename lens into lancet

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm always frustrated when names don't reflect real meaning for CLI tools. Lens implies looking at things without modifying them, but we have meta put since 5e91ac8 (#1816/#2554) and I'd like it to have even more functionality that changes things in various places.

It also intersects with https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/storage_lens_basics_metrics_recommendations.html and https://docs.aws.amazon.com/wellarchitected/latest/userguide/lenses.html.

Describe the solution you'd like

Rename lens to lancet.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. It works as lens too.
2. digging stick isn't short.
3. scalpel is one character more as well.
4. Moving to additional tool isn't handy, we already have a number of tools (adm/cli/lens).
5. Other ideas are welcome.
