question about feedback_raw

I noticed that feedback has a cap strength of 8, and a minimum strength of 1 while feedback_raw has no limit whatsoever. is 0-8 the max it can actually go(further question, would 0 just set it to no strength?) or is there further strengths?

Nope, you can see here in the code that the feedback action just emulates a feedback-raw with all values set the same:
