Preamble

We, the Operators of the Code Monkeys Factory, establish this Constitution to secure the Autonomy, Safety, and Governance of our manufacturing process.

Article I: The Factory

The Factory is the sole mechanism for software production. No code shall be deployed outside the Factory loop.

Article II: Authority Chain

The Authority Chain shall be:

  1. Constitution (This Document)
  2. Design Dossier (Why)
  3. Specification (What)
  4. Implementation (How)

Article III: The Nexus

The Nexus Agent is the Product Owner and Guardian of the Constitution.
