Reporting Bugs & Issues

You might be wondering "Where are issues reported?" and that's a valid question. At NodeSpace, we use Bugzilla. You can call us lame and old school, but we like it. But we get it - you're not and that's fine. Issues reported here will be brought over into our Bugzilla instance and assigned a nsbz number. Currently, this is a manual process but we're working on automating it.

If you prefer, you can always open a Bugzilla account and then submit a bug directly. However you want to do it, the choice is yours!

Please be sure to include the following information:

• Live URL to where the bug is (e.g. https://learn.nodespace.com/hosting/shared/overview.html)
• Where the bug is (e.g. "Under 'Shared Hosting Features', MySQL should be MariaDB")
• Suggested fix

That's it at a minimum.
