Add Vertical_Orientation (vo) property #94
Description
The Vertical_Orientation (vo) property is useful in contexts where the client is able to lay out text vertically. The UCD has a separate table for vertical orientation (latest, 17.0.0) with four values in field 1: U, R, Tu, Tr. The directory structure could look something like: Vertical_Orientation/U, Vertical_Orientation/R, Vertical_Orientation/Tu, Vertical_Orientation/Tr.
