Some thumbnails are huge, GetImageFromURL service is not respecting the options.

GetImageFromURL sometimes ignores the "cliprect" option and renders the website with a huge Height option. (just a few websites, no pattern discovered yet)

Found the pattern that is forcing phatomjs to render the full page, any URL that contains '#' is causing this issue!
