python binding for Signed Heat Method

Great project! Are there any plans to add Python bindings for the Signed Heat Method? This would be very useful.

This PR was just merged, and the Signed Heat Method is now available in version 1.2.2! The new version can be installed by running pip install potpourri --upgrade.
