Why not apply Maven Format package

Beautiful design on exception testing, but it would be better if you make it a maven package which could be directly installed by library package manager like maven or graddle.

Thank you for your advice. I'm also aware of the issue...
The obstacle is just my poor knowledge of library package manager, like Maven or Graddle.
I'm going to publish this library to Maven Central Repository, so I'm studying about it NOW !

If acceptable, I could send pull request help you make jUtaime managable in maven. Of course, maven pacakge could be directly used in Graddle. These days I'm also free now and I would also very happy if it is possible to import this testing util. よろしくお願いします。
