Possibility to use hooks instead of clasps?

First of all, kudos, great idea!

I haven't had the chance yet to print and test something, but I would like to ask if there is any specific reason why you use clasps instead of hooks for mounting to skadis? What do you think of a way to toggle between these two?

Without testing it, I assume that in order to dismantle something with clamps you have to pinch the clasps together from behind the board, right?

I found it easier to have clips that can be printed as part of the part itself, instead of having separate hooks that might need to be printed in a different orientation! That being said, I think it would be great to have multiple options. Do you have some models in mind (using hooks) that could be used for inspiration?

In general it's not necessary, though sometimes it does help indeed to press from the back

I guess Universal Skadis Hook compatibility would be the best solution so your generator would have to create just holes for hooks.

I'm fairly fresh to the world of 3D printing, but whenever I try to do something with Skadis boards it's sooner or later that a mention of CSD_Salzburg and its collection of board add-ons comes up, so I feel like it's such a de facto standard in the industry. Easy to print without support and there are a multitude of different hooks, boxes designed to connect with this system.

The T-NUT twist clip system is superior and can hold much more weight.

The clasp might not hold, while the hooks will hold up to breaking failure. A two-part design would be perfectly acceptable as option for heavier containers
