Can nixos-facter setup thermald?

I wanted to try to look into contributing and maybe managing the hardware of my computers through faceter.
I have a Lenovo Legion with a Nidia RTX 2060
And a MS surface-pro 7

I think what'd be missing is the cuda and nvidia support
and a way to implement the specific thermald configuration that works well on surfacePro7 (got from here:linux-surface/linux-surface#221 (comment)) but I can't guarantee would work on other surface models
