Description

When the CI runs an update scripts, 3 outcomes are possible:

1. no update is detected, nothing to do
2. an update is detected and the action creates a pull request
3. an unexpected error occurs

This last case requires attention and possibly intervention from a maintainer to make sure we are not missing updates due to a bug. Currently this is not the case unless someone checks the web page. Additionally, some scripts are already erroring.
