Step 1: Organize Observation Data

Put your raw MATISSE files in a dedicated folder such as:

data/2025-03-01_HD72946/

Step 2: Run the Pipeline

python OPTRA/op_pipeline.py 

Step 3: Check OIFITS directory

Check if the OIFITS directory has been created and store the new OIFITS files
