Internal links to other BIPs broken

Something changed recently that is causing internal BIP links to not output correctly. For example, in https://bips.dev/379/, the link to BIP 141 should be linking to https://bips.dev/141, but instead links to https://bips.dev/379/bip-0141.mediawiki
