Add user badges

Sort of vague but work on adding user "achievements". For example:

• If user have above x amount of posts they receive a certain badge.

  • Above 25 posts = bronze badge?
  • Above 50 posts = silver badge?
  • Above 100 posts = gold badge?
  • Etc etc.

• If user have above x amount of followers they receive a "popular"? badge.

  • Same as above.

• If user is an administrator get an admin badge.

• if user donates to DevGulp get a donator badge.

  • Not sure what to call this but going to think on it.
