Style users page

Right now the users are just being fetched from the API and returning all the users on the /users route. We need to style them. Was thinking we could make cards with their avatar & user information.

Some data to add to the cards could be name, email, post count, etc.

Open to suggestions other than cards, if anyone has an idea let me know!
