Add price limits and delay function #51
Description
Bot works great, in order for it to be "set and forget" for me, I suggest the following features be added:

Allow the user to set a hard bid upper price limit, to prevent the bot from bidding too high. In some cases it might continue increasing the bid until the order is guaranteed to end with a loss.

Add a customizable delay function to some or all of the bots actions. Sometimes hashrate goes to zero because of manipulations or network resets. A delay function will prevent the bot from increasing the bid in search of hashpower when all that was needed was to wait 5 minutes.
