Teamcity CI - no agent

It seems the Teamcity agent provided by Hazzik is gone.

I do not know how much it has costed him for all those years, thanks to him for having provided it so long.

If it is not meant to come back, shouldn't we remove this CI out of NHibernate?

We would have to adapt the release procedure, which currently depends on it. Same for the nightly builds.
