I think it is clear that the (html documentation)[https://rawgit.com/nguy/ARTview/master/docs/build/html/index.html] in its current form is not working for us. It take way to much effort to maintain a documentation of lib and I don't think anyone is really using it (one of reasons why I dont put time on it).

I wounder if there is a solution to this.

I've been thinking the same thing and have been looking at alternatives, but not much is jumping out so far.
