Provide TypeScript types

Thank you for the new major version!

I just took a look at using it and noticed there aren't any TypeScript types and users still need to rely on DefinitelyTyped: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@types/set-cookie-parser

It would be great if these were able to be included

Oh, that's a good point. Would you like to send a PR with the types?

All of the existing ones from DefinitelyTyped should still be valid and compatible, it just needs the new split option, and the parseSetCookie method added.

Although I'd like to mark most of the old API as deprecated - I think the parseSetCookie named export is the only API that should be marked as non-deprecated.
