Error: nextflow is not installed or not in PATH

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate our pipeline to the new template of nf-core tools v4 and I'm getting this error in the pre-commit action:

Error: nextflow is not installed or not in PATH

In the offending file, I found the following diff:

Could this be a problem with this action?

I reverted back to v2 and the problem still stands. Might have to do with prek instead.

Will post here if I learn more
