Refine pmultiQC step

Possible enhancements in the workflow:

- make it optional
- reduce number of files needed from previous steps (needs issue on the pmultiqc repo)
- attach to EMail if possible (how would we ship the DB? how does multiQC for genomics do it?)
- check if we need quantified decoys and how to pass down the decoy string
