Star index is not correctly provided when aligner is another aligner #149

Description of the bug
When a sample is provided with the sample_type set to RNA, it automatically gets passed to STAR as its aligner. The meta.aligner field could be set to another aligner, which causes the index of that aligner to be used and thus a failure in the process happens.
It would be nice if this would gets either automatically updated or if some kind of failsafe is implemented to prevent this issue.
