inaccessible FAQ.md from wiki should be merged with FAQ in manual #13
Description
The wiki contains a FAQ.md page that as far as I can tell is inaccessible because the FAQ link on the wiki takes you to the FAQ in the manual documentation. To ensure nothing is lost the information from FAQ.md should be merged with the FAQ.rst for the manual (to which the wiki link currently points to)
