Plot width does not return to shorter scale on window resize

To reproduce:

• load https://flu-frequencies.vercel.app/pathogen/flu-h3n2/regions/Europe
• increase window width - plot is redrawn to fit in new window dimensions
• reduce window width - plot remains same width, with scroll overflow (plot is cut off by left border of window)

This bug makes me very angry every time it manifests. But I was not able to fix it in reasonable time. My hope is that there appear a kind and wise CSS person who can find what's wrong :)
