Clicking Issue reporting creates a white frame with no options inside. Every half second IBootstrap logs an error message about deprecated app.php.

Running into this issue as well:

[issuetemplate] Error: /appinfo/app.php is not supported anymore, use \OCP\AppFramework\Bootstrap\IBootstrap on the application class instead.

In addition to that, the following exception also popped up:

As this app's last version is https://github.com/nextcloud/issuetemplate/releases/tag/v0.7.0 from 2020 (https://github.com/nextcloud/issuetemplate/blob/v0.7.0/CHANGELOG.md#070), and the max supported version is Nextcloud 20 (https://github.com/nextcloud/issuetemplate/blob/v0.7.0/appinfo/info.xml), it makes sense that there are issue.
In the past it was possible to just use it with "Allow untested app", but it's not been possible for some time.

Hopefully, a new version with compatibility with currently supported Nextcloud versions will come out at some point: #326

Steps to reproduce

1. Install current version of the Issue Template app
2. Activate the Issue Template with "Allow untested app"
3. Navigate to the administrator settings
4. Open the issue template settings (/settings/admin/issuetemplate)

Expected behaviour

The issue template administrator settings page should show up.

Actual behaviour

The following error is shown:
