With the new "Busy" status (nextcloud/spreed#15465), a new icon and capability are introduced.

Additionally, the Vue Library received an icon refresh:

Example:

Clients should support the new "Busy" status when the Capability is available.
Clients should support new icons, either by adding them individually, or by using outline icons.
