Activity app causes problems with E2EE

Steps to reproduce

The issue is present only when the activity app is enabled.

1. Create a end-to-end encrypted folder and share it with another user.
2. Create some subfolders in the encrypted folder.
3. Switch to the other user and rename those subfolders.

Expected behaviour

The folders should be correctly renamed and synced.

Actual behaviour

The name of the renamed folders is not decrypted anymore in the macOS Finder and the Nextcloud sync client throws an Error "Rich subject or a parameter for '' is malformed".

Server configuration

Nextcloud version: 31.0.1
