Merge all the Angular20 migration related commits into main branch for 5.5.0

The task is for rebasing the changes for Angular 20 upgrading into our main branch after 5.4.9 release.
We can prepare the merge and keep the PR before it.

If there is any problem for rebasing the branch, you can try cherry-pick as well.
