Open Bar is great but if used together with Wallpaper Slideshow and auto colour, it will cause a very short but noticeable stutter on the desktop. And obviously frame drops in games while in use.
I haven't seen this reported and I realise there's probably not much that can be done (since it literally changes the whole shell) but I still wanted to report it.
Disclosure: I'm on Bazzite 43 with Gnome 49, that also uses Blur my Shell.
