Yes, I believe the generation code does need to change. I figured it was auto-generated but I noticed there were quite a few OUI's missing from the IEEE list and some of the organization names were incomplete. I have auto-generation code that can be submitted for this if needed.

I think the point is you shouldn't change the oui_mappings.py file, you should change the process to be correct, as oui_mappings.py will simply be overwritten shortly.

I didn't see where the files were being auto-generated previously. I see it now. I'll revise this pull request to update the flat_postprocess/oui_postprocess.py file.
