Does not work with Launchy 64-bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Plugin 
2. Go to Launchy Settings
3. No plugin listed

What is the expected output?
I assume this is expected behavior, I just wondered if this plugin could be 
made to work with launchy 64-bit.

What do you see instead?
The plugin is not listed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest

Please provide any additional information below.
I realize there hadn't been any changes to this recently.  I love this plugin 
but needed to update launchy to 64-bit get it to work right with Win 8 64-bit.
