Plugin Crashes on Install #45

Description

@GoogleCodeExporter
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download putty-plugin-v2.4
2. double click it in windows explorer to install
3.

What is the expected output?
the putty launchy plugin will be install and found in the plugins section of
the launchy options.

What do you see instead?
An error message stating that "PuTTY-Plugin-v2.4.exe has stopped working".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have tried to install both 2.3 and 2.4 with the same result. Launchy install
version is 2.5 (have also tried on 2.6beta2). OS is Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
This occurred on a fresh install of Windows 7 as well as a fresh install of
Launchy and PuTTY. Here are the problem details found in the error message:

I've tried uninstalling everything with no luck. Curiously, even after the
dialog requests to close the program and I select it, I can still find the .exe
running in the task manager with a 108K of memory usage and no cpu usage.
