Pre-select the sorting in the user interface "Latest IP" from lowest to highest

Hi @jokob-sk, Installed netalertx-dev on my other Pi having more devices.

Behaves similar to what I wrote in my post from earlier today. When a refresh done from the refresh icon. The "Show # Entries" is set to 10. Multiple refreshes will eventually bring back the set number of device to show in the UI. Alternatively, if "Connected" or one of the other options shown in the below is selected, the preset shown devices in UI are shown.

Note: If "Auto-refresh UI" is set to e.g. 120 sec., the after a few refreshes the "Show # devices" goes as well to 10 devices shown. However, after the next or next 120 sec refresh the preset number of devices to be shows returns with the preset value.

Other "nice" thing to have would be if in the UI there was an option to pre-select the sort order e.g. for "Last IP" from low to high IP ;)

I also think it would be a very useful and "nice" feature to have the ability to pre-select the sorting in the user interface, for example by "Latest IP" from lowest to highest!

I currently do it manually every time I log in, sometimes it's a little annoying.

Thanks for the request.

Currently I'm not considering adding a feature to auto sort the list by IP as it is a very narrow and specific feature request - e.g. what if someone wants a different column? I might consider it in the future if more requests like this get logged.

Wouldn't it be possible to simply save the sorting setting? Meaning, once I click on the device sorting option, if I refresh the page, that setting isn't saved. I'd really love the option to make the sorting permanent; that would be really helpful!

As mentioned, will wait for feedback from others. Currently this sounds like low impact, low to medium complexity for maintenance.
