Reproducable upstream error with the proxmox installer script

-> Nothing gets ceated after that error, could not find any files on the system

@adamoutler made some changes to the file structure, so we will have to reflect those changes in the scripts.

Adam, is the naming on the file/folder structure all set? ( /install/production-filesystem/app )

Yes. The new structure is set. The only thing remaining is migration assistance scripts. There will be some additions to check- scripts which will detect if running as UID 0, and detect if Alpine distribution, then set permissions of some folders.

If you want to use production-filesystem in proxmox, check the /Dockerfile and docker-compose for a robust solution and /Dockerfile.debian for a minimal solution. There's no longer a need for service managers.

Baremetal installers and proxmox should be separate. I will be working on baremetal this weekend.

There's a discussion going on here. #1446 I think this issue can be closed and the discussion can take its place.

Proxmox has been a simple debian 13 hardware installer in the past. It's currently broken. It's also unmaintainable. But it should be a docker installer along with some instructions or maybe even a script to get it set up in proxmox. It seems pretty straight forward if someone who knows what they're doing with proxmox takes the initiative. Google Search makes it seem pretty straight forward.
