light client not sync

Few days ago I updated my Neuron wallet which was working fine to current version and since then it refused to sync. I have been trying for weeks and all I see is 'connecting'. I cleared cache nothing. and now my balance show zero, I uninstalled and reinstalled the wallet, entered by wallet phase key and still does not sync. I checked firewall and it indicate both ckb-light-client.exe and Neuron.

The debug log state following. It keep repeating the same. Please help, Thank you.
