1. invoice = fiber2.new_invoice(hash_algorithm:ckb_hash)
2. receive_invoice = fiber1.receive_btc(invoice)
3. lnd1.send_payment(receive_invoice)
4. fiber1.get_cch_order(invoice)
   return outgoing_settled
   expected : return succeeded
   lnd0 log contains unable to locate invoice
