If a title in your queue isnt found in the repo, downloads never reach the rest of the queue #143

Worth pointing out.
If you queue up say 4 items, it downloads the first fine, cant find the 2nd one in the repo (for whatever reason that may be, thats what it reports), it never gets to items 3 and 4 in the queue but doesnt tell you that, so you leave it running but its not actually doing anything.
