Local IP Querry not working correctly

I have my network on a different subnet than the standard: 192.168.50.0/24, When I enable the wireless ADB for some reason it says my IP is 192.168.43.108, when it's actually for example 192.168.50.25, I even have a DHCP reservation in the router, so it's always the same address. The quest itself do show the correct IP address in settings. I have tried on 2.17, 2.18 and 2.19 beta, all of them have the same issue.

Using the custom command (Ctrl+R) connect 192.168.50.25 works for a while and then it disconnects.
