Description
We noticed an issue when working with the Claude Code plugin against the sandbox.neptune-software.cloud DXP instance.
While Claude is in the middle of completing a task, the session seems to time out and Claude asks the user to re-authenticate again. This happened while creating a table, but it may not be limited to that specific action.
This behavior did not happen before on other DXP instances, so it looks like it might be specific to this sandbox instance or its session/authentication handling.
Observed behavior
Claude starts the task normally and is able to authenticate successfully at first.
After some time, while still working on the task, Claude reports:
The session token expired. Let me reload the authentication tool to reconnect.
Expected behavior
Once the user has authenticated, Claude should be able to continue the task without asking for re-authentication during normal usage.
