Gitlab persistence for AWS EFS

How can we use AWS EFS as persistence storage for Gitlab Persistence Volume (PV) in this Helm Chart deployment

At the moment, you will need to either

1. Fork the chart
2. Kustomize the chart
3. Post render

As the chart works by you configuring it via a StorageClass supported by your cluster. But EFS is s bit more involved. To use EFS you would need to create an EFS StorageClass, PersistentVolume, and PersistentVolumeClaim resources and use the claims across the chart thus requiring the chart's templates being adjusted... One final option would be me updating the chart to support, but being this would require spending some money on an AWS account, the kindness of "Buying me a coffee" with a sufficient enough donation to cover the testing on AWS would go a long way. 😉 Followed by me finding the time ... it is after all the holidays.
