Set up Gmail Send As for @tryformwork.com addresses

Use Gmail Send As feature to reply to leads from @tryformwork.com addresses. Free, no extra tools.

Namecheap email forwarding already handles RECEIVING (contact@ forwards to both founders). This sets up SENDING.

Noah setup:

1. Gmail → Settings (gear) → See all settings → Accounts and Import
2. Under 'Send mail as' → click 'Add another email address'
3. Enter: Noah Schultz / contact@tryformwork.com
4. Uncheck 'Treat as an alias'
5. Gmail sends verification to contact@tryformwork.com → forwards to your inbox
6. Click verification link → done
7. Repeat for noah@tryformwork.com

Dominic setup:

1. Same steps in his Gmail (caponedominic3@gmail.com)
2. Add contact@tryformwork.com and dominic@tryformwork.com
3. Click verification links (will forward to his inbox)

After setup, when replying to leads, pick the @tryformwork.com address from the 'From' dropdown in Gmail compose.

Upgrade to paid mailboxes (Zoho or Google Workspace) later when revenue justifies it.
