cannot open file

I am trying to run the jd_test.R file but I get an error message suggesting that some necessary files do not exist, which is clearly not true.

I have tried specifying the exact address but it also doesnt work
source("C:/Users/David/Documents/GitHub/jdemetra-R/jd_init.R")

OK, it does work when I specify correctly the full path, but I thought it should work using the relative path, so my real question is: how do I tell RStudio the path I am currently using so that he can understand relative relative paths?

By using setwd(C:/Users/David/Documents/GitHub/jdemetra-R) to set the working directory.
