use API to turn off IR led

Hi,
is it possible to turn of the IR leds using API?

HTTP Put this:
<IrcutFilter><IrcutFilterType>night</IrcutFilterType></IrcutFilter>
to
/ISAPI/Image/channels/1/ircutFilter
with basic auth header.
and change "night" to "day" to reverse

for clarity - "basic auth header" needs to be set in camera admin panel, in authentication modes change from "digest" to "digest/basic" - see: #8 (comment)
