Update to 2.0.12 broke android build

Hi,
I just noted that the commit to [update to 2.0.12](https://github.com/native-toolkit/sdl/commit/1bd71d9c11fab90200566a2ad23c1a7274dad12f) reverted the commit [Patch to compile Android](https://github.com/native-toolkit/sdl/commit/9f3c9abe39c5257340ec1b4424c0e4dce49ca1da) on the file `src/cpuinfo/SDL_cpuinfo.c`, breaking the android build.
